WHAT WE DID

Lake Stevens School District faced the challenge of building understanding and trust in a high-skepticism environment after a bond measure narrowly missed the required supermajority.

Strategies 360 supported a data-driven, multi-channel communications and outreach strategy that clarified priorities, addressed concerns, and strengthened community engagement, resulting in a successful re-run with a 61.73% supermajority approval.

Northshore School District is committed to keeping its entire community informed and engaged, beyond families currently enrolled in schools. Strategies 360 supports the district’s ongoing digital outreach to share timely updates, celebrate successes, and build trust with residents across the district. Recent outreach has brought the broader community out to ribbon-cutting ceremonies and boosted early enrollment.

Integrated Enrollment Campaign
WHAT WE DID

Washington faces a workforce shortage, with more than 270,000 manufacturing jobs. Strategies 360 executed a research-driven integrated digital and communications campaign to engage students, families, and educators statewide to build awareness of Core Plus Aerospace, a two-year manufacturing class for high school students. Enrollment has grown to more than 3,500 at more than 50 schools and Boeing has hired more than 1,000 Core Plus Aerospace graduates since 2015.
