Mari began her career at Deloitte and later spent a decade leading a real estate and business valuation firm. She then served for 14 years in executive leadership at a nonprofit organization providing treatment services to women with children, guiding financial management, operational strategy, and organizational development. She also brings experience from running her own operations and financial consulting practice.
