John Oceguera is the Chief Executive Officer of Strategies 360 and a nationally respected leader in government relations, public affairs, and political strategy. With more than 30 years of experience, he brings a disciplined, strategic approach to complex policy environments, aligning advocacy, communications, and coalition engagement to deliver measurable outcomes.

John advises clients operating at the intersection of policy, politics, and community impact. His work spans political campaigns, Tribal Affairs, and cannabis policy, helping organizations navigate regulatory challenges, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and implement coordinated strategies that achieve long term success. He is trusted by elected officials, tribal governments, and industry leaders nationwide for his strategic judgment and collaborative approach.

Before leading Strategies 360, John served as Speaker of the Nevada Assembly, becoming the first Native American to hold the role. He guided major legislative priorities and built bipartisan support around consequential policy initiatives. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant Fire Chief, an experience that continues to inform his leadership style and practical understanding of public safety and crisis response.
