At Strategies 360, Esmeralda supports clients by facilitating strategic meetings with elected officials and candidates, advising on political contribution strategy, and advancing state and local advocacy priorities. Her relationship driven approach ensures clients are positioned effectively within dynamic political environments.

Esmeralda began her career in Washington, D.C. as a fellow at Smith Garson before focusing on campaign strategy beginning in 2018. Most recently, she led Latino outreach efforts in a Congressional District 3 race, building community partnerships and expanding voter engagement.
