ChanceLyn Sisson serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Strategies 360, where she supports executive initiatives, prepares briefing materials, and assists with special projects to ensure organizational efficiency. She is also involved in managing research initiatives, including bill tracking, issue analysis, and the preparation of legislative reports and presentations for the Nevada team, clients, and elected officials.

Prior to stepping into her current role, ChanceLyn gained valuable experience as a Public Affairs Intern for S360’s Nevada team, where she developed an in-depth understanding of Nevada’s political landscape and honed her skills in public affairs strategy and policy research.

She previously contributed to the gubernatorial campaign of former United States Senator Dean Heller, supporting candidate operations, volunteer coordination, voter outreach, and research efforts. She has also served as a Head Middle School Women’s Lacrosse Coach in the Las Vegas Valley, where she developed leadership, teamwork, and strategic planning skills.

ChanceLyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Comparative Politics and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
