Arnold Phommavong is Vice President of Creative at Strategies 360 and a creative strategist with 15 years of experience developing brand identity and design systems that connect organizations with the audiences they serve. He approaches every project through human-centered design, grounding creative work in a clear understanding of the people and communities it is meant to reach.


Arnold’s work spans branding, visual identity, digital and print design, and integrated campaign development. He helps organizations translate complex ideas into clear and compelling creative, ensuring that strategy, storytelling, and design work together to support measurable outcomes.


Much of his work focuses on education, workforce development, Tribal Affairs, and the arts. He has partnered with organizations including Bristol Bay Native Corporation, Sealaska, Koniag, the Idaho State Board of Education’s Next Steps initiative, West Hawai‘i Region, and KUOW to develop authentic brand identities and communications platforms that reflect their missions and communities.
Arnold believes thoughtful design can strengthen communities. His commitment to this work has included service through AmeriCorps VISTA and leadership with the AIGA Seattle board, where he helped guide Design for Good initiatives.
