Michelle Van Geel is Manager of Government Relations for Strategies 360 in Nevada, bringing more than 25 years of experience in legislative policy analysis and project management.

Michelle applies her strategic understanding of how legislation moves from concept to law, helping clients anticipate challenges, strengthen proposals, and engage effectively at every stage of the process. She is also a valued mentor, sharing her knowledge of legislative strategy with colleagues and emerging professionals.
Before joining the firm, she spent 26 years with the Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau, where she developed deep institutional knowledge of the legislative process and state policymaking. Michelle advised lawmakers and stakeholders on complex policy issues and led the team responsible for publishing major Research Division reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility in legislative materials. Her expertise allows clients to navigate procedural requirements, regulatory considerations, and policy development with confidence.
