What We Did
The campaign required a suite of assets. We designed a logo, collateral, ads, a website, student resources, presentations, concepts, and video production. Deploying the new brand also included developing and executing a comprehensive advertising plan across digital and print channels. Finally, we provided strategic communications counsel to the client on activities including community outreach and spokesperson training.

Why It Worked
The research-backed messaging, strategic communications, and digital media campaign helped boost participation in Core Plus Aerospace classrooms across the state. Enrollment in Core Plus Aerospace has grown from less than 100 students at eight partner schools in 2015 to more than 3,500+ students at more than 55 partner schools and skills centers in the 2024-2025 school year. In 2022, the Core Plus Aerospace internship grew from approximately 30 interns to more than 100 in 2026. Boeing has hired the 1,500+ Core Plus Aerospace graduates. More students are gaining real-world skills that open doors to good-paying manufacturing jobs and give them an advantage when applying for apprenticeships, post-high school certificates, and college degrees.
