Eliot is a Manager in Strategies 360’s Washington D.C office. Coming from a science background, Eliot now focuses on Strategies 360’s political work, while assisting the DC team with the more nitty-gritty scientific parts of their federal relations work.

An alumnus of Emory University with degrees in Biology and Applied Mathematics, Eliot is most comfortable being immersed in data. Prior to Strategies 360, Eliot worked for a national political field operations company, where he assisted in campaign management and brought creativity to a data-based voter targeting program.

After serving as captain of his collegiate rowing team for his junior and senior years, Eliot has not quite been able to fully separate from the sport.  On the weekends look for him cruising the Potomac helping to coach the Capital’s rowing teams. Eliot is originally from Massachusetts.
