Their expertise spans a wide range of IT areas, including system administration, network management, hardware, and software troubleshooting, and cybersecurity.

At S360, Brooke has played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure. This includes administering SaaS applications and contributing to the development of MDM software solutions. Additionally, they play a key role in managing IT office inventory, asset management, and hardware purchasing and shipping, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

Before Strategies 360, Brooke was a software consultant implementing and configuring software for enterprise-level IDaaS Cloud Provisioning and Single Sign-On solutions. Prior to entering the world of information technology, Brooke – who is an avid skier and hiker – served as a Senior Park Aide for the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission.

They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Systems, demonstrating their commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. In their free time Brooke loves staying active outdoors and is a music connoisseur.
