At S360, Palma acts as the Administrative Assistant to the Founder & CEO. She is responsible for managing the Executive’s calendar and supporting the Seattle headquarters to ensure smooth operations.

Prior to joining S360, Palma worked in patient healthcare at Fred Hutch, which fostered her love for developing relationships and getting to know people from all walks of life. Palma is a graduate of Washington State University and is both an avid reader and hiker in her spare time.
