As Art Director for Strategies 360 and its creative agency, The Hilt, Michael Baldwin delivers high-impact creative across a wide range of sectors and industries. Whether working on a multi-channel digital campaign, from-scratch visual brand identity or new web site, he consistently raises the bar for our clients, bringing versatility, vision, and a collaborative, can-do approach to every project.
Prior to joining Strategies 360, Michael worked as a Senior Designer and Art Director at several innovative ad agencies, including Creature and Williams-Helde. His client list includes Fortune 500 companies and global brands such as Alaska Airlines, Adidas, Seattle’s Best Coffee, and Philips Sonicare. It was during his time on those accounts that he honed his ability to solve the seemingly impossible with ease, always keeping both his team and client goals top of mind.
When he isn’t at work, Michael enjoys international travel (next up: Thailand), the pursuit of next-level BBQ wherever he goes, and cheering on his alma mater, Gonzaga University, on the basketball court with die-hard vigor. Go ‘Zags.
