Kristine serves as Government Relations Manager in the S360 Hawaiʻi office, where she drives legislative strategy, builds relationships across all levels of government, and helps clients navigate complex policy environments. She brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in state government, paired with a deep understanding of Hawaiʻi’s political landscape.

Before joining S360, Kristine spent 13 years in public service, including 11 years at the Hawaiʻi State House of Representatives. She most recently served as a budget analyst for the powerful House Finance Committee, where she helped craft the state’s operating budget and advised on key policy priorities. In addition to her legislative experience, Kristine also worked in a Department Director’s Office within the state administration, where she supported executive-level coordination and interdepartmental initiatives.

Her expertise includes policy analysis, bill tracking, constituent engagement, and strategic communications—including developing mailers and strengthening lawmakers’ digital presence. Kristine draws on this rich background to support clients with informed advocacy, coalition building, and tailored legislative strategies. Her deep institutional knowledge and pragmatic approach make her a valuable partner for clients seeking to engage effectively with government and advance meaningful change.

Outside of work, Kristine enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring new places—especially those that offer a great meal and a good story.
