As Senior Manager of Public Involvement in the Montana office, Ella leverages her diverse background in advocacy, public involvement, and grassroots organizing to serve Strategies 360’s clients.

Ella served as staffer to Denise Juneau’s historic US Congressional campaign. Subsequently, she worked for a variety of statewide organizations as a grassroots organizer, directing field operations, leading workshops, and lobbying the state legislature. In 2017, Ella was named one of Montana’s 25 under 25 by leading activist organization, Forward Montana.

Most recently, Ella was a temporary Associate at the S360 Montana office where she supported communications and public relations projects, adding to her body of experience working on campaigns. Her passion for community spurred Ella to run her own campaign for the local school board.

Ella is currently pursuing her degree in political science from the Harvard Extension School. She grew up in Helena, Montana, and is deeply connected to making change in Big Sky Country. Outside of the office, Ella will most likely be found hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding and skiing in some of Montana’s most beautiful places with friends and family. She is also fluent in Spanish and loves to travel in her spare time.
