
John Oceguera, former Chief Strategy Officer and leader of S360’s Nevada practice, has purchased Strategies 360.
Las Vegas, NV – Today Strategies 360 (S360) announces new ownership. John Oceguera, who has long served S360 as Chief Strategy Officer and leader of the firm’s Nevada office, has purchased the firm and now acts as Owner and CEO.
The deal was finalized on January 15th and the purchase places S360 under the umbrella of Rise West Partners, LLC, Oceguera’s independent business. The purchase includes S360’s assets following a successful restructuring for business continuity. The firm will continue to do business as (DBA) Strategies 360.

S360 retains a forty-member staff operating across offices in Alaska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington. Clients within these regions can expect the same teams to continue providing high-quality service in areas including government and public affairs, communications, creative services and design, digital marketing, research, and education.
With new ownership and the purchasing agreement in place, S360 is set up for long-term financial health, ensuring that the firm will remain stable and sustainable into the future. Oceguera is a respected leader with a long history of service to his community. In his early career, he served the people of Nevada as a fire fighter before spending 12 years in the Nevada Assembly including a term as Speaker of the Assembly. After public service, he built a small business before joining S360. Oceguera is a member of the Walker River Paiute tribe, and was the first Native American to serve as Speaker in Nevada history.
