As Office Manager in the Strategies 360 Nevada office, Roshell keeps the entire Nevada office running. With excellent attention to detail and thoughtful critical thinking skills, she provides internal support throughout the office. Roshell has a strong foundation in legal procedures and court rules which provides the Nevada team deeper insight on the overall legal system.
Roshell began her career in the legal industry as a junior litigant paralegal at the New York City Law Department. While there, she supported Senior Counsel with high-volume discovery in a large class action lawsuit. She then relocated to Florida and spent several years as a paralegal, legal assistant and legal secretary. In those roles, Roshell provided administrative and ligation support to attorneys in various areas of law including civil, personal injury, family, contract, and probate. In these roles, her multitasking and organizational skills were critical as she maintained client confidentiality, managed several attorney schedules and supported clients to meet their needs. She then moved to Nevada and became a Notary Public for the state.
Roshell received her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Cortland. There she double majored in political science and international relations and minored in global economic systems. While an undergrad, she earned a scholarship to study public policy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and interned at the Municipality. Roshell is certified to teach English as a second language to foreign language speakers. She holds certifications in computer science.
When not working, you can find Roshell on the tennis or volleyball court, putting her skills to the test. And she relaxes by diving into a novel or by exploring the wonders of nature.
