Lise Fenton
Senior Public Affairs Manager, British Columbia
Lise is a skilled political strategist, with expertise in communications, digital outreach, fundraising and issue management. She brings nearly a decade of government and political experience to S360’s Vancouver team. As Senior Public Affairs Manager, she develops and delivers effective policy and issues-based strategies for clients. Her work includes research and message development around client priorities, monitoring and evaluating progress, and reporting results for clients’ S360-supported projects.
In her previous work, Lise served the NDP in both British Columbia and across Canada. Most recently, she was responsible for candidate recruitment for the BC NDP. During her tenure, the party nominated the most diverse slate of candidates in BC’s history, and elected the first majority-women governing caucus in Canadian history.
Lise began her political work in the Office of the Minister of Health for Manitoba. As Special Assistant to the Minister, she delivered daily briefings and speaking notes, managed events and meetings, and oversaw office staff and operations. As Deputy Digital Director for Canada’s NDP, Lise helped more than double digital fundraising revenue from 2018 to 2019. She also played a key role in crafting messaging across all digital channels.
Lise earned her BA in Political Science and History from the University of Waterloo. Outside of work, you’ll find Lise scoping out oyster bars in Vancouver and taking long walks by the ocean. to support a collective effort to build something better for everyone, Lise is dedicated to involving more women in politics and engaging with the broader community.
