Kevin Ingham

Kevin oversees Strategies 360′s national research practice. Based in Denver, he works with campaigns, ballot initiatives, and advocacy organizations to bring positive change to communities across the West.
Formerly Director of Research at RBI Strategies, Kevin has served as pollster and advisor to a broad range of elected officials throughout the US and internationally. Working on behalf of candidates and independent expenditures, he has helped elect leaders in more than 20 states to offices ranging from school board through Congress.
An experienced ballot initiative pollster, Kevin has assisted dozens of campaigns to pass and defeat measures ranging from tax increases to social issues. Recently, he helped pass Proposition 106 in Colorado with nearly two-thirds of the vote and worked with school districts across the country to receive voter approval for over $1 billion in new funding for education. He also served as pollster for the nation’s first and only successful campaign to defeat an ACA opt-out measure at the ballot.
In addition to his electoral experience, much of Kevin’s work focuses on message development for advocacy groups and legislative coalitions. He has worked with some of the nation’s leading organizations including Everytown for Gun Safety, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Compassion and Choices, Trout Unlimited, and the ACLU. He is proud to have helped his clients advance smart, forward-thinking policy on a diversity of issues including conservation, fiscal policy, transportation, affordable housing, gun policy, energy, immigration, health care, land use, and education.
Kevin’s research has been featured in The Associated Press, Politico, The National Journal, The Seattle Times, The Denver Post, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal. He has also provided political commentary for a number of national and local media outlets, including cable and broadcast news, newspapers, and blogs.
