Kenya works in S360’s Oregon office to help execute communications strategies for clients across the state.
At S360, Kenya brings a competitive and empathetic nature to any project she is a part of. She assisted with the internal and external communications to pass Measure 101 and also helped with the digital activism and social media strategy to pass the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act. She is also bilingual, speaking fluent Spanish and English.
Prior to joining S360, Kenya worked as a TOUR ambassador for three years at Oregon State University where she learned how to communicate with a diverse set of audiences. Kenya also worked as a peer ambassador for the College Assistance Migrant Program, mentoring first-generation college students, and intered with Cambia Health Solutions, gaining experience in blog writing, podcast recording, and social media.
Kenya graduated from OSU with a double major in Speech Communication and History. When she is not in the office, Kenya is probably at a concert, Blazers game, coffee shop or with her dog, Luna. Fun fact: Kenya is a volunteer DJ with Freeform Portland, a non-profit radio station and serves on their grant writing committee.
