As Vice President of Operations in Hawaii, Keira uses keen attention to detail and flexibility to develop and implement organizational structures and strategies that promote efficient operations and success for clients.
Prior to joining Strategies 360, Keira worked in all three branches of government in Hawaii and Guam. She most recently served as Chief of Staff to the Lieutenant Governor of Hawaii, overseeing staff, budget, major programs and initiatives, and daily operations. She also brings a deep understanding of Hawaii’s legislature, the legislative process and the state budget. She served as Chief of Staff to the Senate President, CIP Analyst for the Senate Committee on Ways and Means, and as a Research Attorney and Assistant Director for the Senate Majority Research Office.
Keira also served as Clerk of Court and Research Attorney for the Supreme and Superior Courts of Guam and is licensed to practice law in Hawaii, California, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marina Islands. She received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
