Kayla joined the S360 team in 2018 with a background in communications and project management. As Deputy Chief of Staff, Kayla is responsible for the direct scheduling and assistance to the President of California. In addition, she tracks legislation, drafts bill position letters, executes client lobby days, and ensures seamless operations in the S360 Sacramento office. Kayla has great attention to detail and enjoys cultivating relationships with clients and legislative staff. Kayla keeps clients apprised to updates in the California Legislature and the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA), and she also plays crucial role in planning events for clients and the firm.

Prior to joining Strategies 360, Kayla worked in Communications at Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, where she executed both internal and external communications for the tribal government. She is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento earning a Bachelor of Art in Communication Studies.

Kayla also serves as an ambassador for Women Who Hike, an organization that unites women through the outdoors. On the weekends, you can find her organizing group hikes throughout the Northern California region or spending time with her husband, Griff, and their Standard Poodle, Darcy.
