As the Senior Vice President for Strategies 360 – New Mexico, Joshua Rosen drives client projects that require skilled negotiations, thoughtful policy, and creative solutions. Josh brings a wide range of state government and global technology business development expertise to his political, government relations and communications strategy work for a variety of entertainment, venture capital, gaming, real estate investment and other clients.
Prior to joining S360, Josh delivered major enhancements of New Mexico’s world-leading film production tax incentive program. He also supported student success through the preservation of a variety of pro-charter school policies and funding streams. He continues to maintain strong relationships with legislative leaders on both sides of the aisle.
Previously, Rosen served as Chief of Staff to New Mexico Lt. Governor Diane Denish, responsible for legislative strategy and policy development. Before that, he served as Deputy Cabinet Secretary of the state’s Tourism Department, acting as Chief Operating Officer of an executive agency with more than 80 employees and an $18 million-dollar annual operating budget. Josh was also a Senior Analyst for the New Mexico Legislative Finance Committee, responsible for analysis and oversight of more than $124 million in annual operating budgets, including the NM Public Regulation Commission, the NM Economic Development Department and the NM Taxation and Revenue Department.
Born in Albuquerque and based in Santa Fe, Josh holds a B.A. in Politics from New York University and an M.A. in International Communication from the School of International Service at American University in DC.If Josh isn’t working on his foosball goalie shots in his spare time, then he’s probably skiing or trail riding with his kids.
