Germaine brings her talents for connecting people and ideas to deliver effective solutions for S360 client’s communications and marketing needs. From content development to social media management to legislative insights, Germaine provides a wide range of communications and marketing services to fit each project she undertakes.
Prior to joining S360, Germaine served as a Program Manager with the Koniag Education Foundation. Responsible for student recruitment and retention, she managed multiple opportunities to engage Alaskan Native students in greater educational attainment. This includes event programming, direct and marketing outreach, and partnership development with alumni, mentors and donors.
As a passionate professional within community-based organizations, Germaine previously served as Project Associate for the Urban Indian Health Institute where she supported the delivery and daily activities related to the Good Health and Wellness in Indian Country National Grant. She also serves as a Council Member for the Tangirnaq Native Village – the Woody Island Tribal Council and as Secretary on the Alaska Geographic Board of Directors.
She holds a BA in American Indian Studies from the University of Washington and an MBA from Alaska Pacific University.
