Erika serves as the Communications and Public Policy Manager in the Strategies 360 Orange County office. In her role she intertwines her knowledge of federal government practices, her expertise in communication outreach, and her passion for positively impacting underrepresented communities to successfully drive client’s projects forward.
While she supports the overall communication needs for Orange County clients, her primary focus is on grant development and tracking for K-12 education and non-profit clients. Her knowledge of the federal grants and appropriations process strengthens Erika’s understanding and impact for successful grant development.
As an experienced communications professional in public service, Erika has worked to advance community priorities through outreach and engagement, establishing trust and open communication to stakeholders. A bilingual Spanish speaker, reader, and writer, Erika’s focus has been on uplifting Latino communities by creating a lasting social impact.
Erika is an Associate Board Member and the Fundraising Co-Lead for the Inland Empire Future Leaders Program (IEFLP)- a leadership conference for Latino students. She holds a B.A. in Communications Studies from California State University, San Bernardino, and is currently earning her Master’s in Public Administration from The University of Southern California.
