Elisabeth Swarttouw is a skilled strategist who brings effective outreach and communications experience to S360’s team in Oregon. As Government Affairs Associate, Elisabeth relies on her experience as a legislative staffer and campaign manager to help advocate for clients within the Oregon State Legislature.
As a proven and effective leader in Oregon’s political arena, Elisabeth has managed several victorious campaigns, including running the No on Ballot Measure 103 general election campaign and State Senator Shemia Fagan’s primary election campaign. Elisabeth’s legislative experience in Oregon began while serving as legislative aide to State Senator Michael Dembrow after working her way up from legislative intern. Before working in the State Capitol, Elisabeth was program director for the Oregon League of Conservation Voters Education Fund, in partnership with The Bus Project Foundation.
Elisabeth is a proud, dedicated, and active Oregonian. She attended Ashland High School, Portland Community College, and Portland State University. Elisabeth lives with her fiancé in Northeast Portland. In her free time, she enjoys studying pre-turn of the century political propaganda. She aspires to own a Pomeranian.
