Danielle brings a broad background in nonprofit marketing and communications, campaign work, and a passion for small businesses. She has a knack for writing, an eye for design, and is a natural relationship and coalition builder.
Prior to joining S360, Danielle worked as Communications Director for Oregon’s Ballot Measure 101. She delivered strong digital communications strategy, expert copywriting, and creative, outside-the-box ideas to the campaign, which passed by 63% in the January 2018 Special Election.
Since joining the Strategies 360 team, Danielle has helped to secure big wins for everyday Oregonians. She implemented the social media advocacy and lawmaker contact campaign that secured the passage of the Prescription Drug Pricing Transparency Act (HB 4005) with a bipartisan supermajority in February 2018; the communications and grassroots field campaign that ensured Beaverton Public Schools levy renewal passed by 73% in May 2018; and provided communications support and strategy for the No Cuts to Care campaign that helped defeat anti-abortion Measure 106 in the midterm election by 65%. She has strong press contacts throughout Oregon, specifically in the areas of housing, health care, and education.
Danielle is a proud Michigander with B.F.A degree from Aquinas College in English and Creative Writing. When she isn’t strategizing, she enjoys writing and frequenting Portland’s many wonderful bookstores with her dog, Mugs.
