Courtney is Director of Government Affairs and Campaigns for S360’s Oregon team.
With years of experience on both the campaign trail and working for elected officials, Courtney leverages a high-level skill set to help clients develop winning strategies in the public realm.
Before joining S360, Courtney worked as Deputy Director for the Oregon Senate Democratic Leadership Fund where she was responsible for campaign fundraising and strategy for the most contested senate races in state. Prior to that, Courtney served as Campaign Manager and Chief of Staff to Representative Carla Piluso where she worked to pass major policy proposals, such as a $30 million TANF reinvestment package and common sense gun reform. She also has experience in policy areas such as housing, human services and health care, veterans affairs, domestic violence prevention, and education.
Working with the Oregon Student Association, Courtney also helped develop a record-breaking non-partisan voter registration drive, and worked to pass groundbreaking legislation on tuition equity and public safety reform.
When she isn’t working or spending time with her husband and dogs, Courtney serves as the Board Co-Chair of the Oregon Women’s Campaign School and is proud to be a member of the 2017 Emerge Oregon Class. Courtney is an Oregon native and has lived in Portland for nearly a decade. She earned a B.A. from the University of Oregon.
