Claire specializes in providing clients with critical public affairs and communications strategy. A rising star of the Last Frontier, she has won victories for a diverse set of Alaskan clients; from Alaska Native Corporations, utilities, and non-profit groups, to small businesses, foundations, and issue-based initiatives.
Before joining S360, Claire’s campaign work contributed to electing Alaskan state representatives and utility board members. With a focus on developing impactful messaging and engaging the right audiences, her experience in communications ranges from working with rural teens to advising elected officials and executive directors. She is also the author of the Citizens’ Guide to Natural Gas Permitting in Alaska.
Claire graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland with a degree in environmental science and policy. While an undergrad, she also worked on the team that launched the Maryland School of Public Policy’s Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership.
When not at her desk, Claire enjoys backcountry skiing, hiking, yoga, and meeting new people.
