Andrea (Andi) Sterling serves as the Vice President of Communications and Marketing in the Helena, Montana office, where she leads all marketing initiatives for clients and is part of our growing communications and public affairs team. Andi relishes helping clients craft and tell compelling stories that engage their target audiences.
Prior to joining Strategies 360, Andi was the Communications Director for Big Sky Care Connect (BSCC), a statewide health information technology nonprofit. Andi led a team of nine on a year-long strategic communications and marketing initiative to launch BSCC. For their efforts, Andi and her team won a Healthiverse Award. Andi also authored several guest blogs and white papers on health information technology; the challenge of compelling storytelling surrounding technology is one of her strengths. She was also responsible for SEO content and positive growth of the BSCC website.
Andi ran her own public affairs firm for two decades where she specialized in freelance writing and editing, media buying, and public relations for clients like the Discovery Channel, BMW, the Jacques Cousteau Society, and Tell the Truth Pictures. One of the highlights of Andi’s career was working on the film, Mighty Times: The Children’s March. Andi led development and marketing for the film, which in 2005 won an Oscar for Documentary Short Subject.
Andrea is a 1991 graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo school of journalism. Andrea is a member of the Last Chance Backcountry Horsemen and is a volunteer for the Helena Symphony and the Helena Avenue Theater.
