We’re seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our creative services department—comprised of a digital marketing group, a web engineering group, and our brand and creative agency, the Hilt. The ideal candidate has a creative agency background and experience building and running a robust and fast-paced business, leading creative teams, and directing business development, marketing, and operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop a strategic business plan and lead all business development efforts for S360’s creative services department, including our web engineering group, our digital marketing group, and our creative agency (the Hilt).
  • Integrate our creative service teams and optimize our service delivery model across all our service offerings, with an eye towards efficiency, profitability, and end-to-end solutions that lead to winning results for our clients.
  • Develop and implement a marketing plan to help sell S360’s creative services and the Hilt. The CCO is responsible for raising awareness of creative successes both internally and externally, and ensuring that they are effectively communicated and marketed.
  • Establish and track progress toward measurable goals for departmental performance and growth.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative services teams and assume responsibility for the overall quality of our creative work, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Bring operational excellence and fi scal responsibility to meet or exceed business objectives and provide industry-leading client experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You’ve run a creative agency or a large, multi-disciplinary in-house creative team.
  • You possess visionary leadership capabilities and have a proven track record of moving organizations forward.
  • You understand the needs and culture of a creative team and nurture and grow the team’s individual and collective talents. You’ll work with the creative leadership team to attract, engage, develop and retain top creative talent to drive performance across all service lines.
  • You’ve got the skills and the hunger to identify and pursue new business opportunities and to help grow our creative services business. This includes proven success in selling bold, cutting edge creative and technical solutions.
  • You’ve got deep understanding of the digital space, branding, storytelling, marketing, and advertising.
  • Ideally, you have experience leading large regional and national marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • You’re an insatiable consumer of emerging industry trends and stay on top of the latest in branding, marketing, advertising, and the digital realm.
