Senior Vice President, Montana
Tim oversees our Montana office and is closely involved in the firm’s health care practice.
An experienced marketing, crisis communications and public affairs executive, Tim brings a keen eye for strategy along with a wealth of communications knowledge and executive skills to S360 and its clients.
Throughout his career, Tim has served as a senior corporate communications and investor relations executive at two major biopharmaceutical companies, including Seattle-based Immunex (now operating as part of Amgen). In addition, Tim previously led the Washington, D.C., health care practice for Hill & Knowlton, and focused on natural resources, entertainment industry and health care clients at APCO Worldwide.
Before his private sector and consulting career, Tim served as communications director for U.S. Senator Max Baucus from 1992 though the Senator's hard-fought, successful re-election bid in 1996. Tim began his career in politics as a U.S. Senate Page during his junior year of high school.
In his spare time, Tim and his wife, Heather, are active in community service and political affairs in Montana and nationally. They enjoy the best of Montana, including skiing, whitewater rafting and camping with their sons. Tim serves on the Board of The Holter Museum of Art as well as ExplorationWorks, an innovative science and educational museum. He is also a Commissioner on the City of Helena Zoning Commission.
Tim is a graduate of The American University in Washington, D.C.
