Niki Terzieff
Legislative Director, Oregon Operations
Niki keeps her finger on Oregon’s political pulse and uses her knowledge of lawmaking and policy to give S360’s clients an edge.
As Legislative Director, Oregon Operations, she works closely with clients to develop and execute a detailed and individualized legislative agenda.
Before joining S360, Niki worked as a contract lobbyist for The Tresidder Company, a progressive government relations firm, negotiating policy on behalf of 18 clients.
Earlier, she worked with the Oregon House Democratic Caucus, managing two winning campaigns and then serving as chief of staff for the chair of the Ways & Means Education subcommittee. She also helped to elect Jeff Merkley as U.S. Senator and has done finance work for other statewide and federal campaigns.
She began her career while still in college as campaign director and legislative chief of staff for Oregon State Representative Mary Nolan, now House Majority Leader. During the same period, she worked for the Women's Investment Network PAC, fundraising and organizing across the state for pro-choice female candidates.
When not at her desk, Niki and her dog, Chevy, might be spotted riding her motorcycle all across the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Niki was born in Ohio and grew up in multiple states, but she's called Oregon home for more than a decade. She earned a B.S. from Portland State University in political science.
