Director, Alaska Operations
Formerly an award-winning political journalist, David made the full jump into politics and public policy when he was asked to serve as Communications Director for former Alaska House Minority Leader and Democratic Congressional nominee Ethan Berkowitz. Together in 2008 they gathered more votes than any other Democrat in Alaska state history.
David spent years as a political correspondent for public radio, his work appearing nationally and internationally on programs such as NPR's "Morning Edition" and "Day to Day". His analysis of national politics has appeared in various publications, including Politico, Roll Call, National Journal, and USA Today. A skilled and savvy communications expert, David has emerged as one of Alaska's most trusted political advisors.
At S360, David directs communications and project work in Alaska. He understands the last frontier's unique political climate and issues. Whether its oil, fisheries, conservation, worker's rights, or Alaska's vast potential for renewable energy, David will be your specialist and advocate in the field.
Outside of work, David enjoys camping with family and friends, and fishing Alaska's rivers for the best and freshest salmon in the world.
A native New Englander, David is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
