Conducted door-to-door and by-phone interviews of neighbors to thoroughly understand their concerns and how those concerns might be mitigated.
Prepared a comprehensive packet about the manufacturer’s operation, installed a system of notification for any events at the factory, and appointed a company liaison to the neighborhood to field enquiries.
Conducted a pre-meeting with neighbors before a key regulatory hearing to answer concerns outside the official public forum.
