Juan Hinojosa joins Strategies 360

Strategies 360 has hired Juan Hinojosa as Director of Federal Relations in its Washington, D.C. office. Juan brings extensive experience in the House of Representatives to help advance clients' public policy and business agendas.

Most recently, Juan served as Legislative Director for Congressman Bobby Bright of Alabama, where he developed and implemented the representative's legislative strategy, policy agenda and messaging on a wide variety of issues. Previously, Juan was senior legislative assistant to Congressman Brad Ellsworth of Indiana. He also worked as a legislative correspondent for U.S. Senator Evan Bayh of Indiana.

During his time on Capitol Hill, Juan drafted numerous bills and amendments and successfully guided many of them to passage. He has served as the lead advisor on topics as varied as energy, agriculture, defense, foreign affairs, trade and appropriations.

Juan has a proven track record of working across the aisle to achieve bipartisan solutions for moderate House members. His experience working in some of the nation's most competitive districts taught him to find creative solutions and messages that would resonate in those districts.

Juan has a Master's degree in the history of American foreign relations and a B.S. in secondary education from Indiana University.
