Colin Cochran brings a diverse range of experience and expertise to the S360 Oregon operation, where he is responsible for outreach and grassroots mobilization.

Colin has split his career between the political and nonprofit world, developing and executing effective strategies in several arenas ranging from resource development to community outreach.

He has worked in political offices in three states and two continents with stops in the offices of Senator Barbara Boxer, Senator Maria Cantwell and the Alliance Party of Northern Ireland.

In Oregon, Colin has managed several successful and high profile local, state and federal campaigns including Congressman David Wu’s 2008 re-election and the 2008 Beaverton mayor’s race that unseated a 16-year incumbent.

While living in Los Angeles, Colin worked at the Los Angeles Zoo, a job that prepared him to tackle big problems with sharp teeth.

A native of Los Angeles, California, Colin holds a master’s degree in Irish politics from Queen’s University, Belfast and a BA in history/political science from the University of Oregon.
